Absolutely!! We welcome people at all exercise levels!
Meteor Strength trainers are experts in individualizing exercise to match YOU. If you are a beginner, you can expect your program to be doable, but challenging — and rewarding!
The first step is to figure out your goals. Goals can be related to weight loss, muscle growth, preparation for events, or others.
From there, our trainers tailor a full exercise curriculum for you & work with you to obtain your goals.
You will also have access to your trainer via text & call if you have any questions outside of training. They are dedicated to your success!
We go to YOU! Our goal is to make your exercise as convenient as possible.
We can train you in your home/apartment gym. If necessary, we can also bring our own high quality training equipment for your workout.
However, please note that we are NOT authorized to train you in a corporate gym, such as 24 Hour Fitness or Gold's Gym.
Definitely! We offer discounts if you'd like to enroll in group or couples training.
Signing up for Personal Training is a commitment to your health. We see the best results & motivation from our clients when they sign up for a session package upfront.
Please note that we do not currently offer any refunds.

It's important for us as personal trainers to remember our scope of practice.
As professional coaches, we can provide you general nutritional counseling & coaching. However, personal trainers generally CANNOT prescribe meals (unless they have the official credentials to do so).
This means that as fitness coaches, we can take a look through your dietary log & give you general advice or suggestions. For the most part, this is what clients are looking for, as following a strict meal/nutrition plan can be difficult to implement as a habitual practice.
Registered Dietician Nutritionists (RDN) are the healthcare professionals who have the educational background and training in nutrition and dietary practices. In short, RDNs can prescribe meals & formulate meal plans.
Unless a personal trainer is also a RDN, it is not in the scope of practice as a fitness instructor to create and prescribe meal/nutrition plans.
It is entirely up to you & your dedicated Meteor Coach to schedule your workouts.
Many of our clients like to schedule recurring workout days & times. For example, a coach and their client may lock in training days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5-6pm.
If you're unable to commit to specific days and times, you can enroll in Flex Scheduling.
Flex Scheduling means that you & your coach don't commit to specific dates and times. You and your coach will schedule training days & times early in the week via text or call.
Flex Scheduling is an effective approach to see results while simultaneously making exercise a habitual practice for clients who have busy schedules.
Training sessions are 1 hour in duration.
