"My doctor prescribed weight training to strengthen and fortify muscles and bones to reverse preliminary bone loss and prevent osteoporosis.
J Lee responded to my message in less than a minute and listened to my specific needs. Though I had it in mind to have him as my trainer, he recommended I train with Trisha, his trainer who has a medical background and is in nursing school.
J and Trisha together pored over the latest research on exercise and strength training for osteoporosis prevention, including academic literature, NIH studies, and specific proven regimens.
They collaborated to design an exercise and weight training program. Specific to my needs, based on proven science.
Trisha has used this custom program to train me and put me through my paces in my residential complex’s well-equipped gym. As a trainer, Trisha is friendly, gentle, knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, and firm. She doesn’t bark but she does prod which motivates me to push myself.
I’m very pleased I found J Lee and Trisha who are 5 star trainers in my book. Those who want aggressive military style barking and pain from their trainer may wish to go elsewhere. These two trainers are laid back California chill, nice ass kickers. I recommend them highly."
